Available to new members only (or returning members who've been away for at least 6 months).

From the purchase date until Dec 31st, 2026 you'll have unlimited access to our program. Our class sizes are limited to twelve people, so you will get tons of 1-on-1 attention. Classes are open to all levels of experience; beginners are encouraged and welcome!

Current members can also buy this as a gift for a friend. What a great way to help someone get through the challenges of the holiday season!

CrossFit Golden Valkyrie is a family-owned, Des Moines-based gym built on the idea of body empowerment.
